Yakima Valley Urgent Care

Everyone from the front staff to the Healthcare providers were kind. Very patient and thorough. They were busy the night I was there, but still took the time needed to collect vitals and a brief medical history. I felt heard and understood. Thank you all for your outstanding customer service.

Good Urgent care. Friendly staff and good prompt medical care. It's nice to be able to be easily seen when problems arise without having to wait 3 weeks to get into your primary care Dr.when things are urgent.

Staff was very nice. When you’re stressed out this is important. I waited a fairly long time but over all as a walk in under 1 1/2 hours. My care was quick and professional. I loved Dr Paula. Super nice and knew exactly what to do.

The staff was very friendly attentive. Every question was answered. It was the best experience I’ve had at a medical facility, my entire life. Thank you guys you were great.

This urgent care is not actually interested in helping you. Their practices are predatory because they will refuse you service if you do not put some type of credit card, debit card, or HSA card on file for them to charge whenever they want. The receptionist claimed that they will call you before they charge it but in today’s world that’s not trustworthy. When I refused to put a card on file the receptionist stated that’s our policy. I stated I don’t agree to put a card on file. The receptionist stated well maybe this isn’t the clinic for you then. Very poor and horrible service.
