CVS Pharmacy

When it was Rite Aid I loved it. I always got my medication on time. I am a diabetic my doctor put the order for a tester last week and I got excuse after excuse why they didn't have it. I finally changed my pharmacy and got it today. Workers (not all workers) but most are rude and dont know anything. All Rite Aid staff made sure they got to kmow us and made us feel important. I feel better moving to a local pharmacy instead of a corporate company. I so dislike and disappointed in this pharmacy. Never again ..

Everything was fine when it was Rite Aid. As soon as CVS took over the problems began. I needed a refill with special instructions so I tried to call. There was no option to talk to a pharmacy staff member. With CVS you leave a recorded message and they will call you back within an hour they said. I left a detailed message and they NEVER called back. They also sent a text and said I could communicate that way...yet they also ignored my text. This is why I prefer the phone. Nothing is worse than using these alternatives and getting no response. It gets worse. I have no choice but to transfer pharmacies. The new pharmacy also couldn't reach CVS. They said they will keep trying. Meanwhile I need my medication. This is important. This is becoming a nightmare situation. Edit: My new pharmacy w

There have been hiccups with the opening of this new location. The awesome Rite Pharmacy staff who knew their customers were able to find jobs here. Be sure to take your insurance cards as their records are a shambles.

Started using CVS for first time in yakima, was a terrible experience. The pharmacist with the bad haircut lied to me about not having product to fill my prescription so I'm on 4 days without. You would be better off going somewhere else.

Would leave a zero if possible. There is no way to talk to a pharmacist to see if they received the prescription.
