I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this doctor. The office is consistently overcrowded, and the doctor frequently enters and exits examination rooms without adhering to proper hand hygiene protocols. Unfortunately, she failed to recognize my child's autism and also missed a severe earwax buildup, which required a second opinion from an ear specialist. The specialist's remark was alarming, stating, "How did she even see past the buildup?!" Furthermore, the doctor's communication style is often condescending, speaking to patients in a manner more suitable for children. My child, who has ADHD, was reprimanded for gently swinging his legs on the examination table. Dr. Malina is the best doctor I could find for my children they are in the best care. She has been with my family for 3 years :)

She exhibits a contradictory demeanor, ( Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde).. defending her attitude and unprofessionalism. It's concerning when a specialist doctor seeking information about a child expresses disbelief at conversing with a medical professional and suggests changing doctors. This situation is alarming.
