XRD Dental Equipment

I just received my XRD Ray98P dental handheld x-ray units from Marcelo. When researching and deciding on what units to purchase, Marcelo was always very responsive to my questions either by phone calls or emails. I was very pleased with his customer service and highly recommend talking with him if you are considering a handheld dental x-ray unit.

We recently got the XRD Ray98P. We started using the XTG digidoc 3 years ago which gave us a lot of issues, tried the nomad with endless battery issues and were looking for another unit. We came to the conclusion that all the portable units have their own limitations/issues & having a helpful/responsive customer support is key. While other companies put you on hold for hours or take weeks to respond to an email, Marcelo at XRD has been a class act in responding quickly to all our questions. We just received the XRD unit and we are getting great images. The unit is well built, easy to use with a great crisp contrast thanks to its 70kv capabilities. Marcelo is very helpful. He communicates very timely and is really trying to help. He understands business side of this technology and importance of patient care. I had to fix my portable x-ray machine in urgent timeline and it was a huge repair. Marcelo was very knowledgeable and fixed it very quickly. I tested the machine and it works well.
