Orlando Tongue-Tie Surgery and Wellness Center

I brought my daughter to see Dr. Patty because we were having a terrible time breastfeeding, and despite multiple trips to the pediatrician telling us everything was fine, I felt my daughter needed to be examined by a pediatric dentist for oral ties. Dr. Patty discovered after a short and simple exam that my daughter had a Grade 4 upper lip tie, and bilateral cheek ties. These were causing her to have extreme tension and difficulty opening her mouth for a wide latch. Dr. Patty gave us the best advice and treatment plan to help solve this problem. In order to do the procedure on our daughter, Dr. Patty referred us to see a speech therapist and chiropractor to help set her up for success by strengthening her oral mechanics and releasing tension. Dr Patty was wonderful with my 3 week old daughter. She had to have her tongue, upper lip, and right cheek separated so young. You can tell she really cares about her patients and has a real passion for her work. She was very informative and took lots of time to educate me on the entire process.

Dr. Patty and her staff were wonderful! She provided us with all of the information needed to make an informed decision regarding my sons tie revisions. She did so without making us feel forced one way or the other (which is a major plus these days). It was also very easy to bring in my infant and toddler on my own because the front of the office had so many amazing toys that my toddler loved to play with.
