Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Haysville

I recently visited this location for a drug screening and left feeling uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. I was informed that my sample was “40 degrees under average human body temperature,” which did not seem accurate. Instead of receiving a clear explanation, the process immediately escalated to a retest. I had emptied my bladder prior to testing, so I requested water. Initially, I was denied, and multiple staff members were brought in to observe. When water was provided, it was a very small amount, and again several people were called in during the wait. During the observed retest, the level of physical proximity from the observer felt excessive and unnecessary. I fully cooperated throughout the entire process and ultimately passed without issue. Everything was good, the people were very nice and polite, the facility appeared clean and orderly as far as we could see. The only disappointment was having to wait an hour and a half to be seen when clearly there was only 1 other family that came out before we were called in and another patient was called in before us even though they walked in after us. That patient claimed to have Covid so maybe that’s why. We needed an X-Ray.

Our visit was quick. We were there 1hr if that. Check in for urgent care could be more personal, but everyone was kind friendly and service was decently quick once taken to a room. Would definitely recommend.

Always pleasant but I've been in the waiting room over an hour last my scheduled time. The provider just told the last patient to go back that she's the only one here. I guess urgent is relative, but if I would have known it would take all afternoon, I would have gone somewhere else!

We have been a handful of times and we have had a great experience. We are in and out within a timely manner. Check in is easy as I do it all on my phone. The staff is nice and friendly. My family goes here more than our PCP.
