Xpress Wellness Urgent Care- Dodge City

They accel at their jobs. I first went to Garden city where the receptionist made me feel dumb and there was no way around sending me the bill and I have to pay up front. Even when I explained to her my insurance gets the bill sent to National Automatic Sprinkler Industry "NASI" Trust Funds provide pension and health care benefits. After the receive it they then send me what I owe. She then proceeded to tell me that I have a right to decline treatment and leave.this was on Monday morning 12/08/2025. I was pretty upset after filling everything out. So i left I then drove all the way to Dodge where I was treated with Kindness care and Dignity. The nurses were professional but understanding as was the Doctor that seen me. Experience, Certainty and Understanding an the Express care in Dodge C

Staff is very friendly & willing to help. They are a bit short staffed but that’s okay! They still attended me well and helped me out with what I needed. I was able to get my diagnosis & medication

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and because of the systems I was having, they even walked me out to my ride, so they are very considerate also,

The front desk girl was super nice, the nurse also nice, and the doctor that was working Monday was also very nice and never dismissed any of my concerns answered all my questions.

They were awesome, I’ve had issues for years in and out of doctors to find “nothing” wrong with me and it took them 30mins to actually find out the issue and help me.
