Xpress Wellness Urgent Care - Collinsville

Amazing care! The provider was extremely compassionate and attentive, recognizing my discomfort in the waiting room and quickly bringing me into an exam room. She provided a blanket and offered water or anything else I might need to help me feel comfortable while I waited. With flu season in full swing, she was busy caring for several families, but she clearly communicated this and reassured me she would be with me shortly. She checked in on me multiple times, completed my exam as soon as she was able, and her medical assistant followed with the same level of compassion and care. My prescriptions were called in immediately and were ready at the pharmacy by the time a family member arrived to pick them up. I will definitely return in the future for weekend or after-hours care. Thank you!

The receptionist was friendly, which is not always the case at urgent cares. The nurse? Also super friendly, not judging. The doctor? She was the only one on duty and even though she had a procedure to do, she took a few minutes to get me out of there once the tests were back. Honestly one of the best urgent care experiences.

This is BY FAR the best and most caring urgent care I have ever been to. The provider and staff ALL go above and beyond to help everyone and more then just their job. Having a special needs daughter, as well as a high functioning ADHD kiddo, this office does so well with everyone. They truly care about everyone. I would drive hours just to be seen at this facility!

Had to visit on Christmas Eve & overall the wait wasn't bad. I was surprised to find out I had strep & was instantly worried my 9 yr old also had it. Dr didn't hesitate & said 'We're open for a couple more hours, bring her in & we can swab her quickly to be sure.' Even though she had already been to the ER that morning (pneumonia check), they had only swabbed for the flu (positive). Well, I brought her back & we were leaving within 30 min with another positive strep test for her. They were so nice & rushed the prescription processing for us so we would be able to start feeling better by Christmas morning. Nice clean facility, and caring staff in my opinion 👌

I had to have xrays, I was there a total of 35 minutes, start to finish. I got wonderful care, I had all of my questions asked and got a full understanding of what was wrong and felt good about 6he next steps. It was a wonderful experience.
