Warren Clinic Urgent Care - Owasso

Utica closed so came here. Was seen very promptly, nurse directed me to St. Francis ER at 61st and Yale due to him saying testing would take too long at UC in terms of getting results. It was not a medical emergency, no testing needed, and now worrying about a bill from the ER.

Matt was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bowers was the best. He showed much concern for my animal bite and took the time to tell me what could happen if it got any worse. I followed his directions as far as care, and it is healing just fine. Thank you.

I came to your urgent care today in Owasso Collinsville. When I got here, I was the first in line. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because of nobody desk. When I got back there down the hallway, though I was not called first I was called second. Because you have an online first over walk-in system. It’s not posted anywhere. No one knows about it. No one told me about it. I felt really discriminated against cause I was first one in the last one Out.

Disappointed. I had an appointment for June 1 and needed to reschedule for later in the day and called on May 31. I called and annoyed the front desk by asking if I could reschedule and was told, "This is urgent care (yeah, I know. I intentionally called you) and we can't reschedule. You will have to cancel it online and remake the appointment because I CAN'T do that." Saying "can't" indicates inability to reschedule/cancel appointments. I go to MyChart to cancel like she said and the message received was call the same number I just called to cancel because the appointment was the next day. With dread, I call her back and told her the MyChart message - she then DID cancel the appointment for me - no problem. So she CAN cancel after all. Who knows, maybe she could have even rescheduled fo

This is the best Urgent Care that I have visited. Everyone is so helpful. The medical team seems to enjoy their work and are happy to answer my questions. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I really appreciate the staff.
