Xpress Urgent Care

This urgent care location was extremely unprofessional and rude, and in my opinion should not be dealing with patients--especially people who are sick or vulnerable. I was only here for employment-related requirements, and thankfully did not come seeking medical care by choice. That said, I strongly advise anyone who actually needs medical attention to stay away. If this visit had not been free through my employer, I would never consider stepping foot in this facility. I was questioned about personal health information in a very public and unsecured area, which felt like a clear violation of privacy. I was also given medical treatment options that did not align with what I was there for. I had to correct the staff and clearly state what was required before they proceeded appropriately.

I’ve been here multiple times recently due to drug screenings from multiple potential employers. I’ve always been able to make same day appointments and it’s very convenient to make online. Wait is not long when you get there. I usually come a little early and most of the time everything is done by the time I was suppose to be there. Very professional and everyone is nice. Highly recommend

Front desk was fast, friendly and efficient. I was seen right away. Doctor was attentive and provided proper care and treatment. The follow up text/call was appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience.

I came in for a drug test, it was definitely fast as you check in on your phone. The lady at the front was super helpful and friendly. The guy who helped me with the drug test was a bit standoffish and didn't explain anything to me before hand. As I've never done a drug test before, I didn't know what to expect. The way the guy spoke to me made me a lil nervous so I had issues filling the cup. Other than that, it was pretty great and efficient.

Thank god. I walked in to Xpress Urgent Care the other day. If it wasn't for the prescription I received for my health issue I have, I'll probably be still hurting. Thanks to the doctor/ Receptionist, I was able to make a quick stop and go in less than 30 minutes for sure, with I needed for my health. Thank you again @XPRESS URGENT CARE!
