Hello all, I’ve taken the hybrid CNA course with Sisu care and I’m writing this review as a last resort so they take their online problem seriously. The online self paced program has more bugs than a house infested with termites. The program goes into a sudden stop, doesn’t save your work correctly and glitches on every module ! So basically I have done the same work over and over again. Sometimes doing more than 1 hour of work only to be deserted to the beginning and have all of the work locked again. I feel very cheated and no one should go back or refresh their study page and be set 20 to 40 lessons back. I have messaged their support team and every time their response is useless and usually doesn’t help. They tell me it’s my browser, computer and I have tried, laptop, MacBook even m

I had a great experience speaking with Cathy with SisuCare Edu. over the phone call I got only a day after applying on indeed. She was VERY informative and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what I’m signing up for and my plans, costs etc. I feel very confident about applying for this program and would encourage others to apply as well if thinking about it. Totally worth it. just want to give a wonderful review for Ms CHERYL PEREIRA. She encouraged me to keep going and not quit with the CNA PROGRAM. . I almost wanted to quit because I doubted my self. But she gave me words of encouragement, great advice . I felt her sincerity! She is more than an sisucare employee. She truly cares about the students. Now I will do my best to finish the program. Thank you and for Sisucare management thank you all so much for offering a cna program weekends. The online class and the program is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I love my experience . I really recommend Sisucare to my friends and family!

I just want to thank the school, but especially my instructor, Miss Sarah. She took the time to teach us how to execute our skills, even though my English isn't perfect. She helped me so much to understand everything step by step so I pass my state exam! Thanks to her and her teaching style, I passed my written exam with 81.43% and my skills 100% I had five skills and completed them all in 20 minutes. PLEASE READ I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS: my experience with Sisu has been so very wonderful. I took this course two years ago and have had various life situations affect my finances and day to day life. Leaving me unable to fully go through with testing. Every few months I’d check in with Ms. Kristian and the angel she is helped me with a smile and made sure I was still ready to apply to test. Keeping my final dates in mention I just passed my CNA exam with flying colors ‼️FIRST TRY‼️ on both knowledge and skills because ONCE AGAIN Ms Kristian was on it and helped me prevail through the testing process.
