Visited Elegant massage. Very professional, friendly, clean and organized. They are a legitimate Massage. Spa no frills and no funny business. My massage was $70 which is close to Massage Envy prices. Also ATL massage on Hamiton Mill about 5 miles away charges $60. for 60 min massage. Elegant M had plenty staff on hand so you don’t get interrupted during your session. Judy did a nice job and ensured the pressure was good throughout my experience. She probably spent a little too much time on my back, which didn’t leave a lot of time for shoulders etc but she is open to feedback and will adjust if you need her too. I was not paying attention to the time. I was too busy relaxing. 😂😂. You will enjoy your experience so stop in and ask for her.

I've been coming to Elegant Massage since it opened! The last 2-3 experiences have not been the greatest but since I have had so many good experiences in the past, I wanted to continue to give it a chance. However, my visit today was absolutely horrible! 1) her massage techniques were so erratic and abrupt! It was like she had never done this before! 2) she had her phone in the room! That in itself made me uneasy, but the fact that it continued to go off over and over again... So so much so that I thought it was actually my phone so I asked her and she said yes, it's my phone. How distracting and disrupting! 3) they charge for oil? Are you kidding me... Again I have been here so many times and have never been charged for oil. 4) there are more charges for using my card, which again i

Had issue with lost gift card. Didn't understand what I was saying and didn't seem to want to help. Just out the money I guess. ***In response. I am sorry You didn't understand. I called to see if the credit card receipt that I had would work. Since I stated several times during the holiday I had lost the certificate. And now seeing your response I am glad I did not come in. I would not want to patronize your business . Perhaps you should listen to your coustomers and understand them.

This is our first time here. My bf and I came in for a couple massage. I must say both Kelly and Wendy were very friendly and attentive to our needs and problem areas. We were incredibly relaxed afterward. The music was calming, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. Bf was amazed that Wendy worked the knots out of his shoulders. We will certainly be back for more!
