I’ve been going to Zona Physical Therapy and Wellness and I’m honestly obsessed. Not only do they take amazing care of you, but the amenities are on another level. I’ve done microneedling there and my skin has never looked better. I’ve also tried their Tshock therapy and red light therapy and both made such a difference in my recovery and energy. Everything feels clean, modern, and really well thought out. They have literally everything you need to heal, recover, and just feel good all in one place. Zona is definitely my go to spot.
