Wylie Walk In Urgent Care

A few months back, I had one of the scariest experiences EVER. (We can laugh about it now) I was at the lake when I opened the door to my Tesla and my acrylic nail got stuck in between the handle to my Tesla door, and completely tore off my acrylic along with my real nail. I was rushed to the closest ER in Wylie, and from the moment I arrived, the staff took amazing care of me. The front desk immediately noticed how much pain I was in and rushed me back while my man and sister-in-law helped get all the paperwork signed. The compassion and urgency meant everything in that moment. The doctor explained that since my real nail wasn’t with me, there was a chance it wouldn’t grow back. I recently had an amazing experience with Wylie urgent care! The staff is so friendly, caring and supportive from the moment I walked in. I had an extreme reaction to a wasp sting. I started to loose feeling in my hand and it traveled up my arm. The provider gave me immediate care to control the spread and checked in with me each day till it got better. This is an office that actually cares about their patients! It was fast, clean, efficient and truly top level service. I’m so thankful to have a compassionate and trust worthy care provider just minutes down the road. I would choose this urgent care over my own doctors office any day of the week.

The care I received at Wylie Walk In Urgent Care was excellent, from the moment I was greeted at the front desk to the care provided by the nurses, and especially by Dr. Chirag Patel. He is a very professional and compassionate doctor who takes the time to carefully explain your condition, and you can truly feel that he genuinely cares about your health. I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place they can trust with their health and the health of their loved ones. I visited due to a displaced fracture in the fifth metatarsal of my left foot. P.S. They speak Spanish too!

Always very friendly, caring and efficient staff. Great doctors and nurses make you always feel comfortable and well taken care of. I Highly recommend this urgent care (hopefully you will not have to use them 😁) Stay safe.

Amazing help! I had strep and got really bad really fast. They got me in super quick and saw how horrible I felt and quickly gave me the proper care I needed. I literally felt so much better only 24 hours later. They ensured a follow up as well as telling me things to look out for. I loved the MA, NP, and Dr that I saw. All professional, polite, and amazing. 10/10
