Willow Family Dentistry

I visited Willow Family Dentistry this week for my second child’s routine checkup, and it was hands-down the best experience we’ve had. To be honest, after moving to the U.S., I developed a bit of a "dental trauma" because of previous experiences with over-treatment. This visit completely wiped that away. The moment we walked in, it felt like being invited into someone’s home—so warm and welcoming. We happened to see the staff returning from lunch, and seeing them smiling and happy really set a positive tone for the whole visit. A special shout-out to Yeni, the assistant! She was so professional and engaged with my child so well that he was actually smiling while waiting for his exam. The first appointment definitely took longer than I anticipated but it was so worth it! Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. I've never been to a dentist office where all the employees seem to genuinely care but everyone at this office does! I had not been to the dentist since 2017.... I know! Any other dentist I've been to would have made a comment about it but they did not! They were so nice and understanding! My son who is almost 13 also came in and got a cleaning and exam. They were great with him too! I highly recommend this office.

This is a wonderful place to have all your dental needs taken care of. The personnel is kind, professional and polite. The waiting area of the office is not large but cozy with free cold water, coffee, and Wi-Fi. The dental services are done well by highly qualified staff, and the use all modern equipment to make sure you get a wonderful treatment.

I saw Tran and she did amazing on my teeth and the dentist was great. My teeth feel so clean and they took their time explaining everything and taking care of my teeth!! This will be my dentist going forward.

My kids have been going to this office for years, and I decided to switch over from a different dentist. The staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. J is great. There were some issues with my insurance, but the office worked it out and communicated well throughout the process. I appreciate the hygienist pointing out all the good things about my teeth during the cleaning. The positive reinforcement makes me want to take even better care of my teeth!
