Awesome visit to Wycliff Dentistry today! Dr Binns was comprehensive with her check up with me. Rachel did an outstanding job in cleaning my teeth and taking all the X-rays. Cynthia is one of the most competent office mangers and was able to accommodate my change in insurance. Top marks all the way around!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and professional. The care was extremely thorough, and they made sure all of my questions were answered without ever feeling rushed. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had at a dentist in many years.

I have never had such a thorough exam or cleaning as I experienced today. Most importantly I felt genuinely cared for. Although I had regular dental care prior to Dr. Binns, I was surprised at the photos showing significant (and obviously not new) problems that needed to be addressed ASAP. Dr. Binns asked about my preferences to address the problems and we came up with a plan to take care of the most urgent. She gave me a printed summary of priorities with a diagram of each of my teeth and estimated costs. Her hygienist, Gin, was very welcoming, had a great technique, provided education and created a custom preventative care plan. The new patient process was very easy as well with good communication via email, phone and text.

I am a new patient with this practice. I was with my other dentist for the last 30 plus years and loved him to death but he had to retire. I was so nervous about finding a dental practice that would live up to my old dentist practice. I was so pleased with all of the staff from the front office to the girl who did my x-rays and my new dentist. To me customer service is as important as having a good thorough dentist. I feel like I'm in good hands and with people that are going to get to know me personally. I am so happy to have found such a great Dental practice.

Dr. Anne Lane at Wycliff Family Dentistry does wonderful dentistry work. I recently had a broken tooth. They worked me in and got me in and out quickly with a new tooth. Dr. Lane kept me advised through the process as well. A young energetic, friendly setting along with a great staff. Thank you.
