Highly recommend Elevate! Ashley is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she has put a lot of effort and dedication into her profession. She made me feel comfortable and I never felt like I was being rushed through an appointment, but she truly cares about her patients health and wellness. Her office is also welcoming and comfortable which is great bonus as well! Would definitely recommend her to all my friends, and hope to see her again next pregnancy/postpartum😊

Ashley is truly so wonderful! I started working with her at 24 weeks pregnant after experiencing some pretty painful sciatica. Within just two sessions, my pain was completely gone. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and every session feels intentional and tailored to exactly what I need. She also incorporates dry needling, which I genuinely believe made a huge difference in my improvement. Ashley always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I’ll continue seeing her through the remainder of my pregnancy and am so excited to dive deeper into her labor and delivery prep. Highly, highly recommend!

Ashley is amazing to work with!! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable. I attribute my quick postpartum healing to her help and guidance, and have built up so much strength thanks to the exercises she taught me. She also utilizes dry needling, massage, and other techniques which helped so much with tight muscles and pain I was having. I highly recommend Elevate, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum!

Ashley was so knowledgeable when it came to my SI pain when I was pregnant. Her work instantly helped with the insufferable pain I experienced. Her postpartum work on my c-section scar was something I did not know could be done and I am excited to see the results. Learning how the pelvic floor is connected to other parts of your body when moving around and what movements will help strengthen them again is something I am happy to know about now after going to her. Definitely recommend!

Ashley is friendly, professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. She has helped me immensely with all sorts of pregnancy symptoms and has been accommodating and kind throughout the entire process.
