Marina Tsivin, NP, is an absolute treasure. I truly love being her patient. She is young, compassionate, kind, intelligent and incredibly detail-oriented. She genuinely listens, takes her time with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered without ever making you feel rushed. She is warm, thoughtful and authentic, and I honestly believe she is one of the best things that has happened to this clinic. Yes, the wait time can be long. Expect to be in the office anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours. That said, Marina is absolutely worth the wait, and the time she gives her patients reflects how much she truly cares. If you make an appointment, you will be seen 1.5 - 2 hours after that appointment time if you schedule 10am you will be seen 11:45am or 12pm. You can't go in a 8am for an 10am appointment the front desk says she won't register you until your appointment time. Just a heads up for people who need to time manage. I personally am a single mother working full time and going to school full time and this Primary care won't work for me. Nice staff. Just the timing.

I had an appointment on Tuesday at 3:30pm. The doctor ordered bloodwork and I was told the lab closes at 4pm so I would have to come back to do my bloodwork. After I left they called me back and said why did I leave? First of all they told me the lab was closed and to come back another day, secondly why would you make appointments so close to the labs closing time? That’s very inconvenient to have to come back just for bloodwork. I went back today to do my bloodwork and just look at the picture I posted with this review. It not like I flinched or anything to cause that. They just don’t know what they’re doing.

The receptionist here at this location has an attitude for no reason. Signed my name and asked her if it was okay if she can double check if my appointment was correctly at this location. She said, "Yeah, I'm doing something right now." I took a seat. Within the time of me waiting She starts talking to a staff 3 other clients. I stand up, and she sees me approaching her. She took a quick sigh and asked, "Last name.... yup, " I respond "yup what? I do have the correct location for 1:30pm" receptionist "mmhhmm 3o'clock" while she rolled her eyes. Old lady needs to be removed and replaced with someone younger or at least someone who can keep her emotion and professionalism apart.

Front desk lady on the left side has a very nasty attitude. The wait time is freaking ridiculous. My appointment was at 10am and was not called until 1:30pm. But as soon as you check in they are quick to collect their copayment. Dr Orris was very helpful.
