The assist to Dr Thet came in the room I talk with me and she did Not Listen to what I was saying explaining to her , she kept reading my chart , and repeating that I have hypertension , which I do NOT. Have and when I tried explaining that to her she dismissed me so I left , the front staff and nurses were great , I would never go back

Showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment. After waiting over 1 hour I asked them to see the doctor. They put me in the waiting room as if the doctor would show up. Waited another hour, decided to leave and book another doctor at a different clinic. No consideration for their patients, we were not the only ones waiting so long. Unfortunate

I’ve never been so uncomfortable to be at a clinic, the whole staff is extremely unprofessional, from the front desk to the health consulars, no one ever knows what’s going on, they asked me the same question multiple times when I clearly have a record and an appointment. The nurse who did my blood work kept asking me for stickers for my case like I’m supposed to be the one who prints them out. The doctor made feel extremely uncomfortable about having to come to get my shot. She claimed I tried to manipulate her since I need to come in so my disease was taken care of. My original appointment was to receive my prescription which they claimed they didn’t know about and so I had to wait a week until the finally send it out. I advise to seek other options this place is out of control. I won’t

If I could leave no stars I would. Waited 40 minutes to be registered only to be told I was late for an appointment I was on time for. Dr. Smith one of the worst interaction I’ve ever had with physician refused to see me to give me results from a EEG I had done a month earlier. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Horrible physician Dr. Smith
