In the Hem/Onc you are greeted by two of the friendliest ladies, Regina and Ashley. When you proceed back you meet Carol. Carol will make the blood withdrawal almost painless. She always ask about my grandson. She is so tender with all her patients. Then you meet Stacey or Heather. They are both so caring. They both seem to be invested in your well being and comfort. We talk about anything and everything. Now comes Dr Mackey. You automatically think he is going to be all strait laced but he is a hoot. He cracks me up all the time while making sure your heath comes first. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Our son has been attending WVU Princeton Community Hospital Outpatient Therapy and the growth we’ve seen has been truly incredible. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams are not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but deeply compassionate. They treat us like family while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. They celebrate every milestone, walk with us through challenges, and are genuinely invested in our son’s progress and well-being. Ashleigh, Kay, and Leah are absolutely amazing. They are uncompromising, yes, but that's what you want in PT. 1 week after a total knee replacement, they had me capable of driving. 2 weeks of PT, they had me capable of walking without a mobility aid and my ortho removed all restrictions. I honestly can't speak highly enough of this incredibly professional, dedicated, knowledgeable team. I'm not simply satisfied with my experience, but overjoyed!

I would like to recognize Brittany Lane, RN, in the ER for her outstanding care. She was compassionate, attentive, and professional while treating my mother. She made sure all of our questions were answered and demonstrated true empathy. Her kindness did not go unnoticed, and we deeply appreciate her dedication to her patients. You can tell she thrives helping others. True compassion is what makes a great nurse. She is a rock star at it!

I had an excellent experience in the emergency room thanks to Dr. Robert Petrara, MD, and nurses Nicole Bailey, RN, and Rachel Rutherford, RN. They were professional, compassionate, and truly listened to my concerns. I felt well cared for and supported the entire time. I’m very grateful for the outstanding care they provided.
