The staff is super friendly and very helpful with scheduling and rescheduling if you have to. The dentist is super nice and really breaks down what’s going on with your teeth for you to understand. He’s been great with my family. They always have great music playing too. The office is clean and decorated very pretty. Also if you’re lucky you may see their furry assistant. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

From the time we walked in the door to the time we left... my husband and I were made to feel comfortable and relaxed and they took excellent care of the both of us. They are very thorough and do an excellent job! Thank you Branson family dentistry for your expertise and professionalism!

As much as I dont like going to the dentist, I love everyone at Branson Family Destistry. They are incredibly kind and they ease my massive anxiety about getting dental work done. They have helped me put a dental plan together and walked me thru the process. I highly recommend this practice!!! Hana has helped me tremendously when dental emergencies have popped up for me and my family. THANK YOU !!!! I visited this office one time on June 4th 2025 on an emergency visit to have a crown cemented in because my regular dentist was on vacation. I paid the $320.00 bill before I left the office. Today (11-11-25) I get a text saying I have an outstanding balance. I called the office knowing this is a mistake because it was paid and they insist that it wasn't paid and they are going to report me to the credit bureau. I contacted my credit card company and it was indeed paid on that date before I left the office. I called the office back and told them that my credit card company is sending me proof that it was paid and now they mysteriously found out on their end that it was paid. Not only did the crown fall off they tried to bill me twice. This place is shady. Stay away!! Ps) I asked Ryan t

The personnel in the office are wonderful and I have no problems with their work. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. However the lab you use is another story. I have been 5+ months waiting to get an upper denture and a lower partial. They finally came in but i found out today they are not correct and they have to be sent back. This was very very disappointing. Have no idea how long it will take to get them again and even if they will be correct the next time!
