I had a terrible odd ear ache and had an international flight that afternoon. I am so very grateful the front desk was able to squeeze my appointment in that morning! Dr Thomas Park is an excellent addition to this medical office. He was thorough, patient & an excellent communicator. I normally see Dr Courtney Struthers who has always been 5/5 for me, but so happy with my emergency visit with Dr Thomas Park as well. Couldn’t have been a more positive experience. Dr, Thank you for your attention a few weeks back!

Dr. Park and the staff is great, but the billing is so weird. You pay for the physician and additional fees because it is a branch of the hospital. May work out if you have Medicaid or Medicare, but other insurances may only pay one of those fees and bill you for the rest. I would double check on that before scheduling here. Good luck out there

Our son had an appointment with Dr. Lauren Rover and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided. She was kind, informative, and personable. The care she took when speaking to our son (10) really made him feel at ease. He said “she is the best doctor.” Everyone was wonderful, from the registration staff to the MA/Nurse. I highly recommend Dr. Rover to anyone seeking outstanding pediatric care!

I just read a another review of this place from people who had a horrible experience with the front desk staff. I have had similar a few times now. The Dr is great, in fact awesome, the Nurse assistant is awesome, the ray tech is incredibly kind and professional, what a great team!!!!! The issue is the front desk. They are unfriendly, unkind, borderline rude. In my opinion, there is no place in the healthcare field for them. Someone in authority should either put a camera in there, or do a secret patient visit and see for yourself..

very convenient, especially having lab and x-ray facilities there when they have staff. however, just lost my 5th primary care doctor who is moving away from this location. Ugh.
