WVU Medicine Potomac Valley Hospital

Excellent hospital. Staff is friendly and helpful. Thank goodness I have not needed to be inpatient there but have been there for tests, x-rays and other services and have absolutely no complaints. It's wonderful to have such a nice facility serving our community ❤️ My thanks to the doctors and staff .

Given a choice between Walter Reed, Innova, and Johns Hopkins, Potomac Valley rates higher based on my experience and treatment at all four facilities. There is great value in doctors and professional and competent health providers who know each other and work together as they do at Potomac Valley Hospital. These other facilities are exceptional and renown but they are not as friendly and reliable as Potomac Valley. They offer more forms of treatment but sometimes more is not better. Most times, it’s not! Potomac Valley has issues sometimes, especially coordinating matters on the administrative side. But those issues are insignificant compared to the quality of care you receive.

Had heart attack few years ago.. emergency room staff and doctor worked fast and great to get me the care I needed. Thank you for saving my life. Highly love Dr Michael Gould .....

Avoid this hospital at all cost as my hippa was violated by there employee Lisa Rohrbaugh Delawder your better off to go to Morgantown wv and valley health. Stay clear if you dont want your personal medical information out there

Dr Samuel Pilla in the emergency room (night shift) is awful! He didn’t even do a full exam on me or listen to my concerns. He came in, asked maybe two questions, and then wrote me a script and sent me home. I can’t even get my script because my insurance needs an authorization from him, and he has yet to send what they need in. I am now on day three of waiting and only getting worse because he can’t properly do his job.
