I recently had a routine eye exam with Dr. William Conrad at his office located inside Walmart in Keyser, WV (important distinction: his practice is separate from the Walmart Vision Center). After struggling to find an office accepting new patients, Dr. Conrad’s team managed to schedule me for October when I called in July, a small miracle in itself. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The office was clean, organized, and friendly. Dr. Conrad was professional, kind, and exceptionally thorough. When something in my exam required a closer look, he didn’t rush; he performed additional tests to be certain. It’s rare to feel that level of diligence these days, and I left confident my eyes were examined comprehensively. It had been about eight years since my last eye exam,

I have used this doctor before. He is very nice now when I call to schedule an appointment I get a recording. After playing phone tag I gave up getting an appointment I really need new glasses and I don’t know anyone else to call
