The customer service at Wells Pharmacy Network is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They reply to concerns usually the same day. The representative that I spoke with, Jessica, went above and beyond to correct a mistake in shipping. She made it easy to return the medication and quickly sent out a replacement within 24 hours. She is friendly and easy to talk to and genuinely understanding too. The service I received was fast and very professional. I would recommend Wells Pharmacy to anyone without reservation.

Awful, awful business. My prescription was ordered by my provider with an old address that they had on file, but they immediately called WP and spoke with someone to update the shipping info and they said that they would make sure it was changed and that there shouldn't be any shipping issues. 2 weeks later, my prescription was sent to the old address and my provider couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone for an entire day when they were trying to get confirmation on where it was shipped. WP Pharma finally called them back and, in an effort to justify the lack of communication, told my provider that "they never answer their phones".

Horrible customer service. Our patients are going without medication due to the lack of accountability. They are loosing faxes that the doctor sending over for the medication and offering no solution over a month later when we are searching for where the medication is or why our patients have not received medication. They are unable to actually answer a phone. Everything is through email and it doesn’t seem that the person emailing knows how to do their job or will answer the questions you ask. All in all if you want to have a good relationship with your patients, and with a Pharmacy you know you can trust to be on time or at least respond I would suggest going with someone else.

I was refused service today for no reason whatsoever. They are not in the business of helping patients. I asked for a list of prescribers with whom they are working with so that I could been seen for my medication and they refused to tell me. There is something far more sinister going on here and I would warn anyone to work with them. THEY ARE HIDING SOMETHING VERY SINISTER.
