I’ve been working with Alan for over a year now and can say when I’m consistently going to him, my body feels amazing! I workout 5x/week and need to prioritize recovery in order to keep up my frequency. Alan is one of the pillars of my recovery. He uses active release therapy (ART) which has been really effective in releasing stubborn tight muscles and help me to achieve more muscular balance. If you have any aches, pains, or imbalances I highly recommend Alan!
