My retainer was worn and cracked and they gave me a new one for free. They said they could have charged me but decided not to. I’m very grateful that they did this for me.

My son loves the caring staff at WOW in Monterey. He can have big feelings, and they are patient and funny and friendly.

WOW smiles has been nothing short of efficient, effective; making it a much enjoyable experience for my 10 year old. They explain everything clearly, they have affordable monthly payments, and you just feel like you are in the right hands. The fact that my daughter always “hated Dentist’s” yet now comes here and says she loves WOW should say it all (If you only knew her). I’m excited to get my own teeth fixed next!
