Lighthouse Family Dentistry: Patricia Van Kooten, DMD

I’ve been coming to this dental office for a few years now, and I continue to be so impressed with the quality of care they provide. Dr. Vankooten is absolutely wonderful she’s calm, kind, and incredibly professional. She always makes me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The front desk coordinator, Ernst, is always welcoming and helpful, and the dental hygienist Susan is pleasant and friendly. You can truly feel that everyone in this office cares about their patients. I’m so happy to be a patient here and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

The doctor is very patient and professional. She not just told me the problems but also educated me on how I should avoid dental problems. I also think they have a wonderful team in the office. The lady who performed dental cleaning for me is amazing, the best cleaning I ever had. Thank you for your service!

I have been a patient for years and really like Dr Van Kouten. Ernst at the front desk is kind and patient. I actually look forward to speaking with him. I do miss Trudeau and Faye, but Ernst is also wonderful. I will say that I don’t always like the hygienists they hire. They can be too talkative, inappropriate, and rough. And I did have an assistant be very rude and condescending to me. But Dr. Van Kouten’s quality keeps me coming back.

Exceptional staff and Dr. Van Kooten was terrific. She made me feel very comfortable. And purple being her favorite color and showing that is was very calming. Susan the hygienist is great. She kept me entertained the whole time to keep me distracted. Loved it.
