We had a great experience with Wooster Dental Associates this past week. The staff is kind and caring. They took time to address any questions I had in regard to my teeth as well as billing.

I have not been to a dentist in years but I lost a tooth and really wanted to fix my smile Dr Dan gave me my smile back fast and very affordable I have told everyone who will listen how great they are.

Dr Tyler Overmeyer did an excellent job with our family member regarding a tooth extraction. He is a thorough practitioner and called before the procedure to explain all the steps, answer our questions,, etc..… The staff was very friendly and professional as well. Overall a great experience.

I always seem to wait 30-40 minutes after my set appointment time to be seen. The staff are very friendly and the place has a nice home environment, but they lack in accountability due to not sticking with scheduled appointment is an issue. If I arrived 30 minutes late to the appointment, they would make me reschedule, seems they don't care to make there customers/clients wait. The last appointment I went to I was frustrated about the wait and made that clear to the dental hygienist that was seeing me, I made a mistake because I obviously frustrated her and received a pretty rough cleaning. I never have had issues before with hospitality, but this was the first instance. The dentist was kind and friendly even though I was annoyed.
