Aspen Dental - Wooster, OH

This is our first time visiting an Aspen Clinic and the experience was fantastic. The staff were professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. We’ve been going to the dentist every six months for our entire lives and today, we learned things we never knew before about our dental care! This entire team is definitely a FIVE STAR team and we highly recommend them!

Everything went well, the only reason I gave a 4 star review is because when I scheduled I specifically said I wanted to schedule a cleaning and xrays and of course I would expect an exam to go along with that. I did not state that I wanted an exam too. I asked how much the cleaning was and then I asked how much the xrays were. They asked me if i had insurance and I said no. The lady said i will apply a coupon and it will be free which led me to believe my cleaning and xrays would be free this time. Anyways, when I got there, I got my xrays, treatment plan and an explanation of the price for everything. Also, I got an offer to help finance everything that I wanted done. However, they did not clean my teeth. They stated that they are scheduling pretty far out and I could be put on

This place has given me PTSD everytime I go to the dentist. I cannot believe what they did to me while I was unconscious. 18 years ago, I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed. After having one removed on the right side when I was 11 years old, I went in at 19 years old to get the left one removed. Well, everything seemed fine after the procedure was done. I was in a lot of pain for a few days which seemed normal. When I finally opened up my mouth and looked, I realized that THEY HAD REMOVED AN EXTRA TOOTH FROM MY MOUTH! They were only supposed to remove one tooth so that my bottom teeth would be even, but they removed one tooth from each side! After I had already had a tooth removed from the right side when I was younger. They took two teeth instead of the one they were supposed to remove

If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. My experience with Aspen Dental has been financially distressing and extremely misleading. I was sold a care/financing plan with the understanding that it covered a specific procedure and the necessary follow-up visits required to complete that plan. At my very first follow-up appointment, I was informed that I would still be responsible for paying for the appointment itself, costing several hundred dollars out of pocket despite already being enrolled in a financing plan totaling thousands of dollars. This was never made clear upfront. I started this plan only a few months ago and have barely begun paying it down. I went into Aspen Dental ready to have all my teeth pulled, but the team there took the time to look at my situation and actually came up with a plan to save my teeth instead. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service was professional, friendly, and they really cared about helping me, not just rushing me through. I’m really thankful I went there they gave me hope when I thought it was too late. Highly recommend!
