I found a dental office where my insurance is accepted and the dentist is Japanese, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. The office itself is small and cozy, but every staff member is extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their customer service is excellent, and you can really feel that they care about their patients. The doctor’s assistant was especially kind and thoughtful. I was quite nervous, but he took the time to reassure me and helped ease my anxiety throughout the visit. The dentist is highly skilled and works very efficiently, with no unnecessary procedures or wasted time. I am extremely sensitive to pain and honestly dislike dental pain more than most people, but this experience was surprisingly comfortable. Even the local anesthesia was complet

BEWARE. Do not trust this office. Or at least the dentist I saw. I was supposed to have an appointment with Dr. Osanai, but when I arrived, they told me he was unavailable and they had me see someone else. I don’t remember her name. My cleaning was rushed and unacceptable. I had some staining on my back molars (nothing crazy), and she made no attempt to properly remove it. She then told me I had two cavities that needed to be filled immediately and also said that I needed ALL of my old fillings replaced. I said I would be getting a second opinion. She got defensive when I said this. I got that second opinion today (from one of the best dentists in the city), and none of what she said was true! Woodside Dental Office provides excellent service from start to finish! The dentists are caring, professional, and always take time to explain things clearly. The front desk staff is welcoming, helpful, and makes scheduling appointments a breeze. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. I agree with some reviewers, the admin members at front desk need improvement… I was a bit uncomfortable seeing a male and female stuff members were too intimately close at the desk while I was waiting…. It’s inappropriate to be kissing cheek and neck (!?) repeatedly… A girl with long nails refused to count cash when I was making payment. I had to count cash in front of her so that she could save her nails. I didn’t wanna be difficult so I didn’t say anything… I put my cash on the counter… Don’t you think it’s your job to count the payment money…. Doctor is nice, BUT always check the price before the treatment! It happened to me a few times that the price doctor told me before the treatment and price I was told at the front desk after the treatment were different. Don’t be shy, always ask.
