As soon as I walked into Zarchy Pharmacy, they treated me like family—it was so warm and personal. My medications were ready on time with zero issues. Such a refreshing change compared to Duane Reade, where every month was a hassle, the staff were rude, and they rarely picked up the phone or filled critical prescriptions on time. At Zarchy, I instantly felt like I already knew Donald and Theresa. That’s how welcoming and genuine they were—it felt like being greeted by old friends. I honestly don’t know how I missed this gem, but now that I’ve found it, I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Absolutely amazing service!

This pharmacy is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The staff are always friendly and take the time to explain things clearly, whether it’s about a prescription or just an over-the-counter medicine. I’ve gone in a few times not sure what I needed for a cold or headache, and they’ve always pointed me in the right direction. They have a great selection of OTC products, and I never feel rushed or ignored. It’s just a really reliable place with people who care. Highly recommend!

Had to transfer scripts due to closure of Riteaid. Bino was very responsive and we received great customer service. Not only did he answer the phone ( many of the bigger pharmacies don’t) he managed the prescription transfers for us, filled the urgent scripts very promptly and provided status fill dates for the rest. Great first experience!
