Woodlands Oaks Hospital

Horrible. My mom had surgery here and then had to stay for a few days. This is far from a “boutique” hospital. This is actually what I would imagine hospitals are like in third world countries. It’s hot. It’s dirty. There is literally no where for anyone to sit/sleep. We can’t leave her alone over night because the nursing staff has been awful. 1 nurse for the entire night shift that’s working the floor and the OR. I’m super disappointed. My husband had the same surgery with the same doctor at Methodist in the Woodlands and the after care he received was stellar.

This was a horrible experience. Finding the correct door to go into is difficult. We went into the one with the most signage and were sent across the parking lot to a very non-descriptive door. Inside was a waiting room that oddly reminded me of the veterinarian office. I mentioned it to my husband, and he pointed out that there was a dog in the waiting room. (Never seen that ant an hospital before). After about 45 minutes of waiting, I was called back and put on a gurney and prepped for surgery (IV) where they left me for over Three hours. When I ask why the delay, they blame the surgeon for running behind. The surgeon showed me his schedule and how he was actually ahead of schedule. After three hours I was starting to have a panic attack and the anesthesiologist knocked me out in the

this hospital is amazing. because its a small boutique hospital you get undivided attention. Special shout out to Jordan, Shelley and Nancy. they were my husbands nurses and we could never repay you for your wonderful care. Highly recommend this hospital.

Great staff, super friendly. Obviously the process takes two hours from your estimated appointment. They explained everything well, and made sure everything was ready before the procedure. Only thing there was a short delay because of the miss-cooperation between the staff. There was a cable malfunctioning to monitor my pressure (other department borrowed it and never brought jt back)

Absolutely horrible. Never get surgery here. They are not paying their workers or even janitors things are breaking and not being cleaned
