I’m very thankful for the referral to Dr. Jing Guo. From the moment I called her office to schedule my appointment all the way to the end of my visit, the customer service and bedside manner were excellent. Dr. Guo and her staff took great care of me, explaining each step of the process so I always knew what to expect. I want to give a special thank‑you to her receptionist, who was so patient with me while I sorted through my unorganized paperwork. I also appreciate the assistant who worked alongside Dr. Guo during the procedure.. she was courteous, attentive, and very mindful of my needs. There were no surprises at the end, and I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and grateful. I’ve already shared Dr. Guo’s information with several people I know who are hesitant about dental work.

Going to the dentist is never something I look forward to, but my experience with Dr. Jing Guo truly exceeded my expectations. I came in feeling very anxious, and they were incredibly patient and understanding from start to finish. They took the time to explain every part of the procedure in a calm, reassuring way, which helped me feel much more at ease. The treatment itself was quick and professional. I appreciated how attentive they were throughout the process and how they ensured I remained comfortable the entire time. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Dr. Guo and her team were awesome. I felt very comfortable there, as well as informed about how my root canal would be preformed on. Dr. Jing Guo did a re-treatment of an old root canal that was causing me problems. Dental issues are extremely rare for me, and I wasn't happy to need a dentist. Dr. Guo and her assistant, Cynthia, are a finely-tuned, dynamic duo. They set me at ease. They did a wonderful, seamless job in a relatively short time. Excellent, clean and modern office. It's great to see competent professionals.
