Dr. Kuhn and the dental assistant, Luis, were both incredible! I have some serious needle phobia and Luis did an unbelievable job getting my shots in. Luis was understanding and calm and did everything he could to keep me comfortable. I barely noticed the shots and in fact I thought he’d only done one shot and i told him it wasn’t that bad and the rest wouldn’t be a problem. When he told me we were done with the shots I was floored. Everything with the procedure went really well. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you!!!!

I had a pleasant experience at Woodland Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics. Dr. Jessica Nguyen and, Luis RDH were both masters of their crafts. They both were kind informative and professional. Luis displayed such a precise touch with my deep cleaning procedure that I just had to let him know that I appreciate his work. Dr. Jessica Nguyen showed artistry with creating and Installing an inlay for my molar. She took extra care to insure a perfect fit. Thank you all who helped me and my smile!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the front office’s mishandling of my insurance information. I provided valid insurance coverage at the time of service, yet due to their failure to properly verify and process it, I am now being billed for services one and a half years later. This is not a minor oversight — insurance verification and timely claim submission are fundamental responsibilities of any medical office. The lack of accuracy and follow-through has resulted in unnecessary financial burden and significant frustration. Patients should not have to pay for administrative negligence. I strongly urge this office to take accountability and implement stricter insurance verification and billing procedures to prevent this from happening to others.

I just visit Woodland Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics today for a Cerecfied Crownpost due to a broken tooth. This is the first time I meet Dr. Lan Chen and her assistant Ms Lisa Knight, they are so helpful, friendly and sophisticated. Everything goes smoothly and easier for patients here, neatly and clean environments, warm greetings... My recent dental situations, causes, future care plans and preventive measures are clearly explained before procedures are done. Billings are listed transparently, thanks to receiption lady Ms Zoey, she is nice and helpful also. Thank you very much for all you guys, make me feel comfortable and I am definitely under good hands of care.

Dr Kuhn and his team were all very polite and informative answering any questions I had. First time in 36 years I would say I didn't loathe going to the dentist. Also they were very up front about the costs for what needed done before they did the work. I highly recommend him.
