Woodland Dental Practice

Great dental practice!! Dr. Jaen is an excellent dentist. He cares about the appearance of his patients teeth. My teen son had a dental emergency. They gave him an appointment right away. He said his procedure was painless!! Clean environment and friendly staff. Our family have been going here for years.

My family and I have been going to Woodland Dental for years. We are very pleased with our results. The staff is excellent. I don't know many people who enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff at Woodland Dental have positive attitudes, warm greetings, and smiles that make it a pleasant experience. Customer service is a huge plus for any business, and at Woodland Dental the customer service is excellent. Thank you Woodland Dental for all that you do!

I had an appointment scheduled for Thursday. August 18, at 4 pm. I arrived at 345, as instructed, with the office being closed. I called and left a voice mail asking for a call back. Monday. August 22 I received a call back with a receptionist who lied about calling (leaving a voicemail) and texting me from her personal number to notify me that the office was closed for an emergency. I checked. I did not get a call or text. When I let the receptionist know I did not get a call or text, I was rudely hung up on. I will be finding another dentist to go to.

I had a appointment scheduled Thursday, Dec 10th 2020 at noon, I show up and there wasn’t one car in the parking lot so I immediately could tell nobody was there. I park and look up their hours, google and their website said they are open. I call and get a answering machine that says the office is closed and states their hours which once again said that they should have been open at that time. Not sure why they’re not open but the least they could have done if they had to close down was contact people with previous appointments made so that they don’t waste their time & gas driving to them. I was definitely disappointed after driving a half hour just to have to turn right back around. now I have to go make a appointment somewhere else which will probably have a wait list for months.

Excellent dentist and staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Jaen for over ten years. He makes dental work painless. He's also proactive in helping to address problems before the get out of hand.
