Lalor Family Dental

I had several fillings done with Dr. Lin a few months ago and intentionally waited before writing a review to see how everything held up. I’m happy to say the experience was painless and the results have been great. More recently, I had a cleaning with Megan, and that was wonderful as well. She was gentle, thorough, and made the whole process very comfortable. The staff are always kind and welcoming, and the overall service is excellent. I definitely recommend Lalor Dental!

If you’re looking to establish care somewhere, look elsewhere. I was looking for a dentist and someone recommended Lalor to me. I had to wait 7 or so months for my first appointment which is long but understandable. The appointment was supposed to be today (March 2nd), it got cancelled yesterday with a note that someone will call to reschedule. I had to call myself to reschedule. I was told that the next available appointment is in about three months (May 21st) for both the Binghamton and the Vestal locations. I am extremely disappointed that I wasted so much time waiting just to be cancelled on without an apology.

What a great experience! Everyone is so cheerful and friendly! I feel like a welcomed "guest" at each appointment. They truly care about your comfort! Such an efficient office with caring knowledgeable staff. And who doesn't love their chocolate chip cookies after each appointment!

I’ve had 2 broken teeth I’ve been trying to ignore, (anout 6 months or so) and having difficulty dentists in the past I was extremely nervous besides tried to find one that takes my insurance. They got me in quick (which I don’t expect since most are 6+months out, Dr. James and his assistant were amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help me be comfortable, and told me every step of the way what was being done, and actually kept reassuring me that I was doing amazing. I went in shaking with anxiety and I walk out in pain but with a lot less anxiety was able to make the price better since my insurance only cover preventative. Even the front office staff is amazing. I was so nervous when I called to make my appointment that I forgot to ask for front street( not realizing that the numbers

I've had a great experience with you all. My hygienist Dana is such a warm and friendly person. I truly love her, always smiling and asks me how I'm doing and it makes me feel good that she remembers all I've been thru. She is an exceptional woman..
