Awfull! Delivery today was awful ! First of all never asked for delivery and they ALWAYS come when I am working! Today (saturday) I am home and the delivery guy was totally rude and I told him I would pay via cash, he didnt have change so I told him okay give me a sec to write you a check. He showed me his phone (so I can see the text to where it would be written to) and in the messages he stated “I was wasting his time and did not answer my phone” Like how was I not answering and yet I am outside with you and got the cash ?!!! While I was writing the check he called me again to just bring him the medicine back out to him that he would come another day. Changing my pharmacy from now on!

I am very pleased with my Woodhull RX delivery. My prescriptions were packaged with care and delivered safely to my home. I appreciate the service coming from Brooklyn to the Bronx. It was a great convenience. Customer service was also very helpful in tracking my order. I look forward to using this service again. Thank you.

UPDATE 7/26/25 at 10:23 PM No delivery at all. Finally found a number for the courier service they use, they have no record of my delivery whatsoever. I'm at a total loss as to how this can get so messed up. DoorDash would be a better option. UPDATE 7/26/25: STILL AWFUL They give me a delivery window today (Saturday 7/26/25) of 3pm-9pm. A SIX HOUR WINDOW. Assured me someone would call around 3 to confirm a more narrow window. It's currently 6:55pm, NOTHING. I had plans this evening. I could have made plans this afternoon. They stole a whole day from me. I cannot stand this pharmacy or whatever company they use for deliveries. ------------------------- UPDATE 5/29/25: STILL CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. Although Woodhull Rx updated their packaging to very nice small cloth sacks and they’re able to deliver your medication, their walk-in service is horrible. Expect to wait for almost 2 hours for your prescription even if it was sent prior to your visit. They will often tell you 20 minutes and then after your 20 minute wait, the prescription will still not be ready so you’ll have to wait 20 more minutes. This is difficult if you dropped in during your lunch break to pick up your prescription or if you live outside the area and have to travel. Also, expect to stand because there is very few seating, about 3 chairs. I find this difficult as there are often sick people and elderly people waiting inside for hours.
