The staff do not answer the phone so that patients can pay the office directly and the billing website is extremely sketchy. The website does not even display a breakdown of charges or services, you are simply expected to input any random dollar amount which will then be charged to your card without any verification of what you paid for.

Had my first colonoscopy here today. Was super nervous because well you never know right? Wanted to review because we do have a choice where we go for this… obviously I haven’t received a bill but that has nothing to do with the staff that would be my insurance(and we all know how terrible these are today). Some insurances cut costs by doing nurse sedate but I can tell you this is not fun nor is it safe. I’d much rather have propofol. The staff made me feel at ease. The front desk. The nurses. The MAs the techs. The anesthesiologist Dr. D… and Dr Potru all amazing. Sadly I was too nervous to remember names!!! Sorry everyone but you know who you are! Thank you!

Wonderful staff. Everyone is so friendly and respectful. My nurse Lin who took me inside is very friendly and made me at ease. Asked me the question regarding my medication and every paper I signed before she asked me to sign she explained in detail what I was signing. I will highly recommend this place. They also care about the patient after they come out after the procedure. They make sure that someone comes Inside to pick up the patient. This is done for the safety of the patient. Keep up the good work guys.

Had an excellent experience, everything was smooth/efficient. The staff were great.

They keep asking same questions over and over again, even patients already gave them the answers in the form.
