Amazing office! Quick and always on time. Every member of the staff is super friendly and a joy to be around. They each take their time to listen to concerns or tweaks you may want in your treatment! Very informative of everything that’s being done and explaining methods and reasons for everything. This welcoming and informative staff will definitely be sure to leave a great lasting experience of orthodontics to every patient they encounter, young or old.

Overall the experience was good at this office regarding availability with scheduling and interaction with staff. The only thing that would make it great is after the arduous 2 year journey of wearing braces, the staff would have celebrated a bit. My first kid went to another orthodontist office and their staff did a little celebration when the patients were done. Nothing big at all just something to make the kids feel good and proud (the actual Orthodontist saw the kid off). The experience here was more of a normal appt of rushing our kid through the removal process barely allowing time for questions nor even saying bye, just handing over the plastic bag of instructions with candy (didn’t even see the candy until in the car) - and no interactions with Orthodontist. Virginia Orthodontics is a very professional practice with staff members who are very good at what they do. Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, they take the time to talk with you not only as a patient but a person. They’re top notch and I highly recommend them!

I went to Virginia Orthodontic Partners for braces to fix teeth that were barely crooked. About five months into treatment, I noticed my front tooth felt loose and raised the concern with one of the ladies who change out the monthly bands on the brackets. The concern went up to Dr. Michael who ended checking it out and I was told that looseness was normal during orthodontic treatment since the teeth are being moved, and treatment continued without additional imaging or referral. Offcourse I trusted it and I completely regret it. After my braces were removed, the tooth was still loose. I asked about it again and I was told the permanent retainer would help. The permanent retainer was placed on the front two teeth first (teeth #9 & #10) but it repeatedly broke. Instead of clearly diagnosing
