I am a very anxious dental patient, I always have been. However, Dee Dee and Dr S. were excellent practitioners and put me at ease almost instantly. Not only that, I left the office completely confident and calm about the procedure I am having this week. Dr. S did such a great job explaining the upcoming procedures, and showing me the scan results to explain what is wrong. Your office is lovely and peaceful walking in the door. The receptionist welcomed us to the practice, was very nice and made me feel like your best client! Wonderful service. My dentist recommended prestige dental. I was having a lot of pain and they got me in the next day. I was evaluated by Dr. Shah who was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She completed the treatment/procedure within the hour the same day. She did a great job, prepping me about the procedure and the local anesthetic and setting expectations. The staff is very courteous. The check-in process was very nice. They had emailed me the paperwork prior to my appointment and that was very easy to fill out online. They were very patient with all my questions…overall such a nice experience:I left feeling so much better than when I came in. I would highly recommend them.
