I showed up for a visit with Dr. Carrington the office was closed, I stayed in the building 30 minutes past my office visit time office still closed. I left a voice message when I got home, but no response to my message. I'll let you decide whether you want to have this experience. It's always incredibly challenging to make an appointment. At one time my visits were better. Found me a new foot doctor. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very disappointed! I had a bad experience. I was there 2 weeks ago and the doctor recommended some products for my feet she was going to prescribe for me. She asked me what pharmacy I use but she didn’t send the prescription. I waited a couple days and called and the receptionist said she was going to tell the doctor. A week passed and she also had sold me some insoles from her shelves $45, I used them twice for a couple of hours at the time and each time I got back pain, so I went there to return them but her policy is not to return them if you have use them. So I reached PowerStep and they say that if you buy them directly from them you have 30 days to return them if they don’t work, and they said that I should reach my doctor back because she will get refunded by them. Dr. Carrington is the most knowledgeable and friendly doctor I have seen. Most would be cold, distant, and would try to rush you, not Dr.Carrington. She took her time to explain what's wrong with me and took care of the problem. More importantly it didn't feel awkward at all I love her. 👍👍🤩🤩 Very clean and organized especially during Coivd.

This isn't just an appointment, it is an experience. You are offered something to drink, such as coffee, tea or water by Dr. Carrington's assistant. She is pleasant and makes a great cup of tea after taking your vitals. Dr. Carrington is thorough and knowledgeable about your condition. She offers therapeutics and suggestions to aid in making you feel that all will be well. A very pleasant experience!
