Great, friendly service. Carol really went the extra mile to take care of my needs. It was a pleasure to enjoy the clean, welcoming environment, while being served with so much competence and professionalism. I highly recommend them. Great job Carol. Wanted to give 5 stars, but the website needs work.

I rate this place 5 stars, my experience today was amazing, Carol was very patient and so helpful. I had some issues with my reference number and she was the biggest help making sure I had everything I needed to proceed while even staying a little late to help me. I appreciated her time, professionalism, and kindness so much, If I ever need any services they provide again, they will definitely be my number one choice as well as referrals to others also. Plus this company is a (SWAM) Small Women and Minority owned business "GIRL POWER!"

I went in to get some testing done and was out in under 30 minutes. The tech (Caroll) was incredibly nice and efficient. I have been to many other testing companies and they all made you wait quite some time with little to no customer service skills. I will 100% recommend others visit Mednovations for all their testing needs!

This is by far the most professional lab facility I’ve been too, with the most friendly staff members. Caroll is friendliest person you’ll ever meet. She’s so helpful and and kind. I wouldn’t go to any other lab facility if I had a choice!

Caroll treated my hair and I very well. The best part is they did not have an attitude like the people at labcorp, in Woodbridge, that I visited 5 months ago. They are rules abiding and really want to make sure your test does not get tampered. Overall, I believe Mednovations is one of the greater facilities in the area.
