Wonderful experience from start to finish. Calling to schedule an appointment was easy and efficient. They offered a wait list to help try to get me in sooner. Checking in was quick and easy. They have wonderful front desk staff. Very kind and friendly. The back staff were all great. The assistant was nice and comforting. The nurse anesthetist was cautious and caring. Dr. Arya was caring and reassuring. They all worked together to make a great experience. I am grateful.

Beware of Woods and Meyer on Linglestown Rd (Harrisburg office). I took my son to this location to have all four of his wisdom teeth removed. The procedure itself went fine, but everything afterward was an absolute nightmare. After the surgery, they called in his pain medication, and when I went to pick it up, the pharmacy told me they couldn’t release it because it required a prior authorization. I called the oral surgeon’s office and left a message explaining the situation. While waiting, I contacted our insurance company myself and spoke directly with the prior authorization department. They confirmed the medication did need authorization and even gave me a direct number for the surgeon’s office to call so it could be approved faster. Quick service but that old, red box dye headed nurse Melissa was incredibly unprofessional. Criticized my mother, her occupation, and ability to parent because my mother was 15 minutes late to pick up. Mother was told that she was free to go and would receive a phone call when it was time. Melissa did not listen to me when I said I was cold and in pain, and furthermore did not let me access my phone or coat until I got up to get it myself post-extraction. When Melissa finally gave me Tylenol, she treated me like I’ve never taken a pill before. Melissa also complained about not being able to reach my mother but as soon as I called her myself, Melissa rushed over to hover above me in my personal space, telling me I shouldn’t be talking. I Was Referred By Dr. Kari From Advanced Dental Partners Whom I Saw October 15th, 2025. I Spoke With This Office About Setting Up An Appointment No Later Than October 24th & My Appointment Was Set For December 4th, 2025. I Was Told It Is $400 For A Consult, When I Said I Have Insurance I Was Told That Their Billing Department Would Reach Out To Me Close To My Appointment & Let Me Know What My Out Of Pocket Cost Would Be. I Asked If They Could Tell Me “Now” Since I Could Provide All My Insurance Information & My Appointment Isn’t For Months… They Said No. I Got A Call 2 Days Prior & I Was Told My Out Of Pocket Cost Would Be $303. Because I Was Referred Here I Didn’t Want To Look Elsewhere & With Them Being Booked Out Until December Made Me Feel Like Other Offices Would Be Hard To Get Into

I was so nervous walking in the office, the staff is amazing! Comforting and explaining everything that will happen. Dr. Was so easy to talk to. He has the softest touch. I will definitely return if need to in the future.
