I've been going to this dentist over a year, and being a student i asked them if they were a free clinic as being a student bills were tight and i was told by two different receptionist that they were that they just charged my insurance and that was it. What i noticed at first when i first started going there is it was almost impossible to get an appointment, even when it was a serious tooth injury and it was a pain all around at times, but i didn't care because I thought I was at a free clinic so hey I got what i paid for. But today i got a whooping bill of 527 dollars for literally everything ive done for the past year and a half, seemingly like they kept this lie to me over a year about this. Don’t go here! They forget your prescriptions, and then screw them up once they put them in. I am going to be without a medication that I faint without because the nurse put in my prescription wrong.

Where do I start? I go in to see what needs done for a cleaning. They tell me I need a deep cleaning and have to send in the request to the insurance company. They said they will send it in that day I was there. They never did. I waited to hear from both them and my insurance company. I call the insurance company and they said it was never sent in, this was 2 weeks later. I call the center, she picks up the phone and laughs and asked if my ears were burning as she was about to call me, ya right.. Proceeds to tell me that the insurance company hasn't ok'd the request yet. I laughed back at her and said um, they said it was never sent to them. Later that evening according to my insurance company, the dentist office sent it finally in to them..at 8pm at night! I get ok'd for 3 of the 4 quadra

Came into the clinic for a cavity, was told that I couldn’t have my teeth examined because I hadn’t specifically requested it (every other dentist I’ve been to included that as part of the visit, at no point while scheduling do they make you aware their clinic is different). They messed with my tooth so much that after leaving the clinic I’m not only in intense pain but without options for two months since they refuse to book until the new year but continue to take patient. Took a day off for absolutely nothing, this is a testimony to how negligent our healthcare system is to impoverished individuals.

The dental team is awesome! Made me feel comfortable, and less stressful as I hate going to the dentist.(due to past dental but not them).very pleasant and explained everything needed done and answered all my questions. Thanks for a good dental visit!
