Called and the lady was so rude. Explained to her that I cannot walk and she goes come in face to face. I can't help you on the phone. Well if I'm not supposed to walk on my foot how am I supposed to come in there and do all this when I have it and can do it over the phone. So rude..... No wonder you have so many poor reviews.

Ken was very knowledgeable I learned quite a bit from him about the oxygen , and with my level being at 4 l the small concentrator just wasn't enough. So now I have a conserving device it works a lot better.
