I’m a new patient, and I think the doctor has been great; however, the lady at the front desk that answered the phone had the worst attitude of anybody I ever spoke to in my life. She has no communication skills and no customer service skills. The experience with her was so bad it made me want to come to the doctor’s office and confront her. That Behavior is unacceptable

I've been coming to dr wong 5-6 years. He's very nice and his staff. He's a great Dr. He's patient ,kind and very sweet Dr.

Poor experience. Made appt. Showed up on time. Prepaid my $80 for the visit. Sat in waiting room. Then was told I haven't been seen for 3 years by the doctor so i'm considered a new patient and have to pay $150 instead. So not only am i penalized by paying $1000 a month for my health insurance that the doctor would not accept, I'm penalized for not being sick in 3 years and not visiting Dr. Wong for a period of time to support the income of the practice. You see a doctor when you are sick normally. Doctor visits are not a maintenance thing (at my young age). I thought more highly of this practice until today. So if you haven't seen the doctor in a couple of years, ask them first on the phone so you don't drive a 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back to be tossed out with your cold into t

I have been a patient of Dr Wong's for almost 2 years. I am pleased with the care I have received and continue to receive. Dr Wong does refer to specialty physicians, and as a former RN am pleased by this. Medicine changes and continues to change so rapidly that I prefer to be referred to a specialist, instead of requesting a referral and being denied. The office staff are pleasant, competent and professional. It is common practice in all physician's offices today to schedule someone as a new patient and charge the new patient fee if they have not been seen for two years as there is no current information on file and the process must begin all over. Dr. Wong is a very good choice for a Primary Care Physician. I've been using him as a PCP for over 5 years. It's often possible to get a same day appointment if you need one. He will also do telemedicine visits or talk to you over the phone.
