My wife and myself seen Dr Lee and she was very helpful and staff was great.

The staff are rude and unprofessional ,still give them a chance .I set my appointment with the thimble Shoals clinic , the doc told me the I might need a surgery on my foot but she going to read the CD that I provided to them.3 days later I didn’t have any answer yet on the reading of the CD. I called the office and the receptionist said that the Doctor have not evaluate and reading the CD yet , it will take some time to analyze it.even when the doctor told me she call me the day after … she gave me something for the pain , I went to the pharmacy 3 days later and come to find out there is no prescription for me to pick up .So I called again to the office and asked them about the prescription.So any way they have a lot of unnecessary answers for the question I’m asking I really got frust

The only reason this place even gets a star is because I have no choice and the office manager was great. However, the doctor... Not even close... I'm a former smoker, and quit 5 years ago. I truly don't even remember how long I smoked for, it was years. She was determined she needed a number for my medical record. So I shot out a random number for her to out down and she refused saying it needed to be accurate. Then tried to pull medical issues out of me that I don't have so that my medical history section was not blank... When I had nothing to give her she looked at me and asked me in a very demeaning tone if we needed to reschedule the appointment. It caught me completely off guard. I responded no but this is my medical record and I don't have anything pertenant to give you to put in it

Office demands that you get a referral although my insurance doesn’t require one in order to be seen. The office staff seems to be billing centered and not patient centered. A former patient should have to go see their PCP to get a referral that’s not required by their insurance. That’s a waste of the patient’s time and money. I like Dr. Womack. However, I will seek treatment elsewhere due to her office staff.

My initial visit was good, doctor is personalble. Their office messed up my insurance when sending out my labs so I got a full bill but I understand things happen and it eventually got sorted out. I got my first prescription reasonably quick. My three month visit was quick. Paid a $50 copay just to see her for five minutes, but that's usually how specialist go. I needed blood work to be able to get my prescription refilled and sent to the pharmacy. I had the blood work done and results emailed the next day. It has almost been a week and a half and I still have not gotten my prescription refill sent over. I have emailed and called multiple times, letting them know I've been out and my body has had negative side effects to not taking the medication yet the response has been the same. "She's
