Dr.Irish & all the staff are amazing! Very clean, professional, quiet, extremely friendly & do excellent work. My ❤️started her journey in December… unbelievable how great her teeth look now & it’s just close to 4 months…. HUGE difference, The dentist are dealing with a ‘shifted jaw ‘, a lot of crowding i also didn’t want any of her teeth pulled. We were denied from the insurance company it was appealed twice , I appealed it once Dr Irish appealed it the second time, unfortunately we loss. Prime gave us a great percentage off & very affordable monthly payments. We’re so grateful for their kindness & empathy for us & such an affordable price in these rough times. I would highly recommend Prime , Amazing work, very patient, kind, clean, quiet also so much support … just wonderful

I wasn’t able to attend my son’s appointment, so my husband took him for me. The doctor actually took the time to call me while I was at work to explain what they were about to do and make sure I felt comfortable with the process. The staff was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive, and my son had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Prime Orthodontics truly made us feel cared for, and I’m grateful for the exceptional service they provided. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with my son and it could not have gone better. The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The office was spotless and organized, and the service was quick and professional. My son felt completely comfortable the entire time.

The staff was exceptionally patient oriented and friendly, which speaks volumes about the practice. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and ensured we never felt pressured into any decisions. She showed a strong patient centered approach, which was very much appreciated.
