I was a patient at this office during my second pregnancy and was due May 21, 2025. In March 2025, I experienced a brief lapse in insurance coverage due to an address change. As a result, this office discharged me from care for “non-insurance payment.” A couple of weeks after receiving the discharge letter, I received my Explanation of Benefits (EOB), which clearly showed that my last visit had already been paid in full by my insurance. I immediately called the office because I was only eight weeks away from delivering and desperately needed continuity of care. I was told by billing/management that in order to be seen again, I would have to pay $1,800 upfront “for their protection” in case my insurance didn’t pay — despite the fact that the EOB confirmed payment had already been made. Worse service I have ever experienced. The first thing red flag was this place asked for my social security card, then they asked for me take a picture of me and what took the cake was trying to force me into signing a form to perform an Ultra sound. Be careful with this office .

Excelente atención tanto de Natalia como del Doctor Daniel, el estar buscando cual era el mal de mi infertilidad y estar batallando con 3 doctores anteriores que solo me daban anticonceptivos y progesterona, lo mejor fue encontrarlos a ellos han sido mi salvación porque en menos de un mes Natalia me dijo que tenía y en menos 1 semana me intervino el doctor Daniel, despues de recuperada del procedimiento, pude embarazarme no se logró porque mi cuerpo aún ocupa más recuperación, pero al menos me han dado muchas esperanzas de que pronto pueda lograrlo 😊.
